The Foundation needs financial contributions in order to carry out the projects proposed by communities on the Altiplano, but it also needs technical assistance on some projects. Please consider volunteering to provide your expertise. This can be done in some cases right at home, and in other cases on short-term assignments in communities where the Foundation has projects. Looking for something to do on your next vacation? Consider going to Peru to contribute your skills for two weeks, a month, or longer. The following are just some of the skills needed:
web page design and promotion (for ecotourism and crafts projects)
internet access installation and telecommunications specialists
arts and crafts design and marketing (ceramics, jewelry, weaving, knitting, embroidery)
import-export expertise
teaching English to village youth
agronomists and veterinarians (forage and artificial insemination projects)
physicians and nurses (general practitioners and specialists)
adventure tourism project design and training
social science and public health investigations and needs assessments.
